POLICY WITH REGARDS TO TRAINER’S RECRUITMENT, RETENTION & DEVELOPMENT
The organization generally invites application through job consultants, references and open developments. Trainer is mentor for trainees as he/ she lays their full emphasis on accurate working of the trainees. They are the one who judge as well as guide the trainees. The organization selects the best and most suitable applications along with proofs of qualification of trainers. The final decision is taken after having practical lectures in actual study environment by the penal of experts within the organization.
Usually on roll but if contract initial contract of one year and in case of termination by either of two, a provision of thirty days prior notice is made, in case of break of such provision the breaker will make payment of month’s salary to other.
